Website Project in Digital Teaching class

The purpose of my website is provide a platform for my chemistry class (pretended since I'm not a real teacher). In this platform, students could communicate with each other, share finding on Chemistry related area, provide a more transparent space for parents and public to know what the kids do in class, and let students know and keep in track with updates of class. Of course, all these things happened on a digital background, which is essential in 21st century.

I used google site to create my website. Since I use google account for years, when I create the website, I can easily choose picture, document, or video from my google drive. It's really convenient for me. There is one thing that confused me when I create the website. When I create a new page, I thought I could find it in my home page, but the fact is, I need to add it to by side bar before it can be seen. And it's confused for me when I came back two weeks later from creating the website. I totally forgot which page is announcement format.

Experience from the website project is not only useful to add technology factor into teaching, it but also useful for our self, since we now from this class, we could create a academic website for ourselves, which is beneficial to us.
